WILLWRIGHT ESTATE PLANS
WILLWRIGHT ESTATE PLANS
What's an estate plan? The simple answer is precise words on paper.
Estate plans allow people to know what will happen to them, their children, and their assets in the event they die or become seriously ill. An estate plan consists of legal documents that are selected and customized according to the needs of an individual. Willwright helps you decide what estate planning documents you need and customizes each document for you.
Willwright believes in affordable, transparent, and flat-fee pricing. We offer two pricing options: $675 per person or $1,200 per couple for a comprehensive “bundled” plan that meets all your individual needs and includes any of the following documents (will, testamentary or revocable trust, health care directive, power of attorney) or an “unbundled” option for $225 per document.
Willwright is designed to help ordinary people meet their estate planning needs. We don't focus on large estates or offer sophisticated tax advice. Instead, we focus on creating peace of mind by educating clients on basic estate planning options and facilitating an efficient and hassle-free experience from the first time we talk all the way through the signing and finalizing your documents.
We want to make this process as easy for you as possible, so we offer you the choice to meet at one of our six office locations (Bloomington, Edina, Minnetonka, St. Louis Park, North Loop, and downtown Minneapolis) or we will come to you wherever you are.

2. Once Willwright receives your questionnaire, we contact you to schedule a follow up phone call or in-person meeting to develop your estate plan.
3. After we've selected an estate plan that fits your needs, you pay a fully-refundable $100 deposit. Willwright drafts your documents and we schedule a meeting to sign them.
4. You pay the remaining fee and receive signed, notarized copies of your documents, wherever we sign them.
